History[]

Built in 1940, as a DC-3-201C, the aircraft passed in June 1940 to Eastern Airlines with c/r NC25648 (later N25648). On 9 May 1957 a new certificate of airworthiness was issued for the aircraft as N20TW. On 20 May 1998, the aircraft passed to Paralift Inc, Perris, CA with c/r N20TW, based at Hemet Ryan Airport, Hemet, CA.[1] While with Paralift, the aircraft was seen flying in 2005 for the Air Force Test Pilot School, with proficiency training in unfamiliar airplane types.[2] On 6 September 2011, N20TW passed to an unknown owner.[1]
